CaratCam™ is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or professional use on your devices. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell the Software.
CaratCam™ provides value estimates based on user input and live market data. These results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a professional appraisal. Always consult a certified appraiser for official valuations.
Cam Labs shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or decisions made based on the use of CaratCam™. Use of the Software is at your own risk.
CaratCam™ integrates third-party services (such as live metal pricing APIs). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those services.
We reserve the right to revoke your license or access to the Software if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
